Workshops
For more than a decade, Jeffrey Fisher
has been writing and speaking on a number of topics. He has worked with
many differing kinds of groups, from retired professionals to early
childhood care-givers. Much of the content of the workshops have some
basis in his study and teaching of T'ai Chi Chu'an, an ancient Chinese
art for which we have no parallel in this country or culture. Wen Shen
Huang, co-creator of the National T'ai Chi Association, along with Fisher's
teacher Dr. Marshall Ho'o, was not only one of the world's foremost
authorities on martial arts, but a was a scholar and professor of "Culturolgy",
a branch of history and social sciences which he himself created and
developed. Marshall Ho'o was also an eclectic thinker, a political activist,
philosopher and instrumental in having acupuncture accredited in California.
He termed T'ai Chi "The Art of Living".

the Twelve Chakra Meditation is based on Jeffrey A. Fisher's
writing, so you will have something to take home with you at the
end. Likewise, included in the workshop are illustrations of how
to incorporate this work into your daily life.

Beyond Body Language -
the energetics of the human mind and body
We have not yet incorporated
much into our "civilized" lifestyle that was utilized and
understood by so-called primitive societies. The Native American
people, for example, understood a great deal about energy.
Chinese Taoists, and their predecessors studied this same energy,
and created a system for learning and working with
it.
We are now developing in every individual
ideas and abilities once thought to be the realm of pure intuition.
It has applications in areas of health, healing, meditation and martial
arts, and there are some very practical applications and techniques
usable in any interactive situation.
